RETURNS

EU consumer law gives you 14 days to return any item without giving a reason. We honour this and explain how it works step by step.

HOW TO START A RETURN

  1. Email [email protected] with your order ref (e.g. APE-2026-0001) and a short reason.
  2. We reply within 1 business day with a return address and label instructions.
  3. Pack the part in the original packaging where possible. Add a printed copy of your order email.
  4. Hand the parcel to the courier. Keep the tracking number.

REFUND TIMELINE

Once we receive the part and confirm it is unchanged, we refund the purchase price (and the original shipping cost, where applicable) within 14 days to the original payment method.

Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the part was incorrectly described or arrived damaged — in those cases we cover return shipping in full.

WHAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT

  • Parts that have been installed and then removed — once an injector has fired, an ECU been coded, or paint been peeled off a body part, the item cannot be re-sold as "used — good".
  • Items damaged during return shipping due to inadequate packing.
  • Software-coded units (DDE / DME / ABS / cluster) that were SCN-coded to a vehicle on the buyer's side.

B2B / WHOLESALE BUYERS

The 14-day automatic right of withdrawal applies to consumers only. For B2B customers (any buyer who provides a valid EU VAT number), we offer the same 14-day window as a goodwill policy, on the same terms as above.
